That was newly remodelled hotel set in nice quiet area, next to convenient store, shops, eating and sea front, and Portsmouth. We had a well-appointed room with bath and everything was first-class

Got the same double room on holiday with children booked online, enjoyed that. There were a microwave, an electric kettle and a refrigerator too. The location was unbeatable as for me, short walk to places to eat good central location for south sea, and Portsmouth Harbour. And it's at a walking distance from Three, ate there once or twice.

We spent the day at the Blue Reef Aquarium, checking out clownfish and rays, and later visited Staunton Farm, a hit with the kids. The room was spacious, and we loved the communal area with pool and games. It's a great spot for a chill getaway or a fun night in.
Only downside was the bathroom situation. It could get messy when showering since the floor filled up, but just let the staff know, and it should be easily fixed.

Stayed at ashbys accommodation & spa hire for one night, and it was fantastic! The location is great and the room was beautifully appointed. The bed was super comfy, and the large bathroom and little kitchen were super clean. The owners were really helpful and gave us a choice of rooms, a nice touch. And a games room was a fun addition to our stay!

Amazing hosts and comfy vibes!
Had such a blast! Steve and Mubi. The games room was our fave and a total winner for chillin'. Plus, the outdoor dining area was awesome for breakfast. Only thing? A bit of noise from the street outside. Still, we had a fab time and would totally come back for more fun!

The room we stayed in was super comfy, and the social area had a great vibe with free activities and an iPad for picking music. I really enjoyed the relaxation options like the spa lounge and outdoor garden area, which were perfect for unwinding. Just a heads up, the key collection was a bit chaotic, but it didn't put a damper on our fun! 😊

I enjoyed the communal areas, where I could play games and meet new friends. It reminded me of a quirky place I once stayed, where the vibe was all about having fun and relaxing. The location was great for exploring nearby pubs and restaurants.
I was not informed about the additional charges for the spa facilities. The parking situation was frustrating due to its limited availability.
